Total Convection oven with more than 20 cooking modes such as Air Fry, Air Sous Vide, Steam Bake, Steam Roast, Slow Cook, Bread Proof and Dehydrate. It comes complete with a Stone-Baked Pizza Shield, 15" x 15" Stone, and Peel, letting the oven reach 750°F+ to bake authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, calzones, gluten-free and cauliflower crusts in as little as two minutes.
